Cattle

o6 Ranch currently runs a small cow-calf operation and a 6month Yearling operation, due to the severe drouth the once iconic herd has become just a few.  Dedicated to still producing top quality Hereford and Angus-Hereford cross cattle, the o6 Ranch will be adapting to the ever-changing obstacles ahead.  

The Ranch continues to work cattle on horseback the traditional way.  Round-up of cattle occurs twice a year in the Ranch’s extensive mountainous and high plains pastures.
